The shrink labeling process.
Undressed containers arrive and are unloaded. 
Containers are carefully inspected to insure they match the description and quantity specified and have arrived in good condition. 
Containers placed on conveyors for labeling. 
Labels are applied either manually or by machine, then shrunk to conform to the container using hot air or steam. 
Each container is carefully inspected for proper label placement, label flaws, and if requested, lot codes. 
Shrink labeled containers are put into boxes and palletized. 
Finished products are shipped immediately or put in inventory per customer request for shipping at a later date. |
