Since 2003, John has been President & CEO of NAFM, LLC. A native of Japan, with a B.A. in International Marketing from Kwansei Gakuin University, John has three years experience in the financial sector and seven years of international licensing with a Japanese trading company with offices in Osaka and New York. During the last twenty five years, John has been the Chief Executive of two joint-venture manufacturing companies with shrink labeling technology and is an expert on shrink film.

Richard joined NAFM Labeling in 2012 with over 30 years of business experience as an executive and entrepreneur. His diverse background segues into contract labeling with extensive experience in customer service, quality, communication and delivery. His “can do” attitude, “customer first” philosophy and his understanding of the numbers make him a valuable resource and business partner.

Jorge has a varied background that includes management, logistics, fulfillment, scheduling and production. Jorge is an expert operator of the NAFM Heat Shrink Labeling Machine and uses that knowledge and experience to increase efficiency and reduce costs. His attention to detail, quality control and constant communication make him a valuable link in the production process.

Kathie has worked with John since 1996. She has been an important part of the overall success of NAFM. Kathie is the ‘command center’ of the company and handles all communication, accounting, invoicing, customer service, ordering, inventory and administrative duties.
